Booking Dive

You are 3 steps away to book your dives or your course !

1st step :

Contact us on WhatsApp to inquire about availability by specifying the exact dates you would like to dive. We will then issue a booking link, allowing you to register.

2nd step :

To secure your spot on the boat, we require a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost of your planned dives.

The remaining amount has to be paid ONE WEEK before your first day of diving.

By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our cancellation policy (see below).

Cancellation Policy for Scuba Diving, Snorkeling and SSI Courses

Please read this policy carefully as it will provide you with detailed information about the necessary conditions when cancelling your booking with us.

For all dive trips, dive courses and accommodation, 50% payment in advance is required. The remaining amount has to be paid ONE WEEK before your first day,

We currently welcome up to 18 divers per day. And starting November 2025, you’ll be able to stay with us too with 2 cabins available right on site.

By paying a down payment stated, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of cancellation and is a commitment for the customer to guarantee the booking, the customer will show up on the excursion day and pay the remaining balance before the day of arrival. Also, securing the reservation by down payment is our commitment to reserve your slot and secure the reservation to prepare the trip for the customer. If there is NO down payment made during the reservation, the Dive Centre has the right to not guarantee your booking or reserve your dive trip / activity / program. The Dive Centre will NOT submit the reservation until down payment is received.

This cancellation policy applies to all services provided by us, including but not limited to accommodation, scuba diving activities, discover scuba diving, snorkeling and SSI courses such as SSI Open Water Diver, SSI Advanced Adventurer and all other SSI courses.

Cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to our official email address or through our WhatsApp. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

a. If you cancel your booking more than one week (7 days) before the scheduled activity, you are entitled to a refund of your payment minus a 10% administration fee.

b. If you cancel within one week (7 days) and the last 3 days (72 h) before the scheduled activity, you are entitled to a refund of 50%.

c. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 h) before the scheduled activity, you are not entitled to a refund.

This is due to the allocation of staff, equipment and resources that were reserved for your booking. Please note that this applies to partial and full cancellations.

Failure to arrive at the designated location for the scheduled activity is treated as a last-minute cancellation and will result in the full charge with no eligibility for a refund.

Diving trips may be canceled or rescheduled or re-routed to another dive spot on the day of the excursion date due to weather conditions or technical issues that are not suitable for marine sports activities, such as high waves and strong winds that potentially harms the divers. Dive Site is picked daily based on the weather and the ocean condition.

Diving instructors/Divemasters/Boat captains make a decision about the selection of the dive sites and/or cancellation of the diving trips. In making such decisions, they regard your and their own safety as the most important.

Raja Ampat has a mild climate with seasonal winds and sometimes strong currents. Occasionally, we do experience weather or water conditions that make diving unpleasant or hazardous. We monitor the weather, the phases of the Moon and water reports daily and will attempt to inform our guests of a possible cancellation as soon as we are able to. As with all outdoor activities, bad weather or water conditions may not be known until the dive day, at the dive site, or even when we are in the water. If so, we do need to cancel the dive day or re-route to another dive site area. Our dive leaders may also end a dive at any time if they believe the conditions to be potentially unsafe. We do not offer refunds or discounts due to weather, water conditions, or other unforeseen events if it is happening or occurred during or in the middle of the diving activity.

a. If a student is unable to complete any of the SSI courses due to any reason, including but not limited to ear equalizing, medical conditions, panic, anxiety or other circumstances, no refunds or reschedules are allowed.

b. If a guest is unable to complete the full scope of their booked scuba diving, snorkeling activity for any reason, there are no refunds or reschedules allowed.
